Prepare a working folder
This is a preparation guide, not an official universal list. MCC, state authorities and institutions can require different documents, formats, undertakings and verification steps. Check the current bulletin and allotment/reporting instructions.
- NEET PG admit card and score/result documentation.
- Identity and date-of-birth proof accepted by the authority.
- MBBS degree or provisional certificate and required marksheets.
- Internship completion certificate for the prescribed eligibility date.
- Medical registration certificate accepted for the process.
- Photographs and signature in the requested formats.
- Registration, payment and allotment acknowledgements as applicable.
Category and eligibility documents
If you apply under a category or special eligibility condition, check the issuing authority, format and validity date. These requirements can be different for central and state counselling.
- SC/ST, OBC-NCL or EWS documentation where applicable.
- PwD certification from the required designated process, where applicable.
- State/domicile, institutional, service or minority eligibility records where applicable.
- Any current undertakings, bonds, affidavits or other prescribed forms.
A certificate sufficient for one counselling route may not satisfy another. Do not substitute a broad checklist for the latest category instructions.
Before reporting to a college
Confirm whether originals, copies, translations or attestation are required, and how many copies to bring. Check reporting location and time, fee payment methods and any medical fitness requirements. Read the bond/penalty terms before signing.
Keep sensitive records in your own secure storage. Do not upload student documents or verification codes to RankGood support.
Final check
Cross-check your folder against the official bulletin and institution notice once the allotment is published. The official-source directory provides portal links; the timeline guide explains the stages to track.
