Start with the current official schedule

A counselling deadline can be extended or replaced by a later notice. Confirm the session, round, date, time and time zone in the publication before acting. Registration, payment and choice locking may have different closing times.

No live 2026 schedule has been verified for this page. We link to official notices rather than displaying estimated dates or “open now” status.

The stages to track

  1. Registration and payments: check eligibility, documents, charges and the registration window.
  2. Choice filling and locking: review the current matrix, order by willingness to join, and confirm locking instructions.
  3. Allotment publication: read the result and accompanying joining/reporting rules.
  4. Reporting: confirm online and physical requirements, fees, original documents and the deadline.
  5. Further rounds: check upgrade, resignation, exit and re-participation conditions before taking action.

A small routine that prevents missed steps

Keep a copy of each dated notice, note the deadline in your own calendar and revisit the official portal after any announced change. Before the closing time, check your submitted choices and save the acknowledgement available from the authority.

RankGood does not currently send deadline alerts or WhatsApp reminders. Do not rely on a historical guide or a third-party screenshot as the final schedule.

Prepare before the window opens

Read the documents checklist, confirm seat-matrix details, and compare costs before finalising your choices. A clear plan leaves more time to check the official submission.
